Hopewood Galleries is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every acquisition. We represent the work of internationally acclaimed Australian artist Tim Storrier AM with integrity and transparency, and these policies reflect our dedication to building lasting relationships with collectors.

Returns & Exchanges
Original Artworks
Original paintings, sculptures, and unique works may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the artwork does not match its description or is damaged in transit. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.

Limited Edition Prints
Limited edition prints, photographs, and editioned works may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they remain in pristine, unframed condition with all original packaging and certificates of authenticity intact.

Refund Policy
Full refunds are issued when:

• The artwork arrives damaged or defective

• The work materially differs from its description

• A return is initiated within the specified timeframe and conditions are met

 

Partial refunds may be considered for:

• Minor condition issues discovered after the return period

• Framing or shipping costs (subject to assessment)

 

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned artwork in acceptable condition. Original payment method will be credited unless otherwise arranged.

 

Cancellations
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the artwork has been shipped or, in the case of appointment viewings, before the work has left the gallery.
After Shipment
Once shipped, standard return policies apply. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork arrived damaged or was misrepresented.
 

Sculpture by the Sea & Exhibition Works
Works committed for specific exhibitions or public display may have modified cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated at time of purchase.

Condition Guarantee
All artworks are guaranteed to be:

• Authentic works by Tim Storrier AM

• Accurately described in terms of medium, dimensions, and edition details

• In the condition stated at time of sale

• Accompanied by appropriate certificates of authenticity

Any condition concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
 

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated

• All works are fully insured during transit

• Signature confirmation required for all deliveries

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes (buyer's responsibility)

• Damaged shipments must be reported immediately upon receipt

 

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before shipment unless alternative arrangements are made

• Payment plans may be available for acquisitions over $10,000 AUD (contact us to discuss)

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated

• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card (processing fees may apply)

 

Authentication & Provenance
Every work sold by Hopewood Galleries includes:

• Certificate of authenticity signed by the artist or gallery

• Provenance documentation where applicable

• For prints: edition number and printing specifications

 

We stand behind the authenticity of every work permanently.
